TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Condition of Returned/Exchanged Items: All items being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags and intact packaging.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are limited to size-related issues only. Due to precise colour representation on our website, Slomotion does not accommodate exchanges based on colour variations.
  • Lost or Undelivered Prepaid Orders: In the event a prepaid order is lost or undelivered, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement pair within 3 weeks of placing the order.
  •  Quality Check: Returned or exchanged items must pass a mandatory quality check. If the item fails this inspection, it will be returned to the customer.
  • Address for Pickup and Delivery: For exchanges or returns, the original item must be picked up from the same address designated for the delivery of the replacement item. 
  • Free Gift Policy: If the purchase includes a free gift, the free product must also be returned when returning the main item. •
  • Mistaken Returns: Slomotion is not responsible for items returned by mistake. In the event an additional or incorrect item is returned, Slomotion will not be held liable for its misplacement, replacement, or return to the customer.
