Policy : Exchange, Return, and Refund

At Slomotion, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless exchange or return process, subject to the terms outlined below:

1.EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges for merchandise purchased from Slomotion.in can be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions: 

  • Condition of Exchanged/Returned items :
  • All items being returned or exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all tags and intact packaging.
  • Exchanges & Returns are limited to only size related or defect issues only. Due to precise color representation on our website, Slomotion does not accomodate exchanges based on color variations. 
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, including security seals and tags, must be intact.
  • The invoice/receipt must be provided for verification.

2.RETURNS POLICY

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unworn footwear due to incorrect size and for a defective item we request you to please share relevant images that supports your claim via  info@slomotion.in 

  • Return Period: Requests for returns must be initiated within maximum 10 days of delivery. Requests outside this period will not be entertained.

  • Pick-Up Option: Free pick-up service is available in most locations. Submit  a return request via  info@slomotion.in 

  • Self-Shipping Option: Customers can also return items by self-shipping.  Note that self-shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

     

    3.REFUND POLICY

    •   Process: Refunds are initiated once the returned item reach in house  &   passes our mandatory quality check.
    •   Refund Mode: The refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account. 
    •   Processing Time: Refunds typically take 4-7 business days from the date   of receipt and approval of the returned item. Customers will receive updates via email or SMS.
    •   Note on Self-Shipping: Shipping fees for self-shipped items will not be refunded.

      

     4.SALE & DISCOUNT POLICY 

    •    Exchange & Return for Sale/Discount Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discount can only be exchanged or returned only in cases of a size issue or a defect. No other reasons for return or exchange will be accepted.
    •    Refund Value for Sale/Discount Items: For items returned during a sale or discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price of the item, as per the applicable offer at the time of purchase, and not the original price. 
    •    Order Value Calculation: The total order amount or value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or any other applicable charges.

     

     5.NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

    •    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:   
    •     Inch Tape
    •     Cable Holder
    •     Luggage Tag
    •     Any items priced below Rs. 999 are not refundable. 

      • IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS & EXCHANGE
      •    Items must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.    
      •    Slomotion recommends using a reliable courier service for self-shipping. 
      •    All returned products must be accompanied by their original invoice.
